Sheet
Cutting |
In the
first process, i.e. sheet cutting the raw material
Al sheets are cut to required sizes in specific
parameters, which differs cutomerwise and modelwise. |
2. |
Brushing |
After
Sheet cutting the sheet surface is brushed, to prepare surface for adhesion.
Parameters for strength, temperaure and Concentration
are maintained to control the process. |
3. |
Sheet
Annealing |
Sheets
are then annealed at specific temperature to
acquire required softness. |
4. |
Bonding
The
annealed sheets are then Bonded together with
circuit on inner side. |
5. |
Rerolling |
The
Roll Bond panels are then rerolled to increase
the circuit length. |
6. |
Annealing |
To achieve
required hardness, the rerolled panels are then
annealed at specific temperature. |
7. |
Flattening |
Annealed
panels are then flattened. |
8. |
Mouth Opening |
Mouth
opening operation is done to expose inlet and
outlet of internal circuit, so as to make the
panel ready for inflating. |
9. |
Inflating |
Inflating
operation involved flushing of high pressure
dry air inside the panel through inlet, so that
the circuit gets inflated to required sixe.
This opearation is carried out in a special
Inflating press. |
10. |
Cutting and stamping |
After
Inflating, panels are sixe cut to get required
length and width and batch no. is stamped for
identification. |
11. |
Pressing
Operation |
Pressing
operation is then carried out as per the customer
requirement. |
12. |
Flushing |
Panels
are then flushed with dry air at a specific
pressure. |
13. |
Tube
Preparation and Tig welding |
Tube
preparatin involves manufactuing of tube joint.
Chanvim maunfactures two types of joints for
Roll Bond Evaporator panels : A.
Butt joint B. Special epoxy
joint.
These joints are leak tested at a 250 psi. |
14. |
Leak Test beforE Powder Coating |
These
joints have Copper and Aluminium tube, either
Butt welded as in A, or, joined with special
epoxy glue as in B. These joins vary model and
pary wise from single two double, customer wise
and named as single entry or double entry respectively.
In single entry joints, Cu capillary is brazed
with Cu – Al tube joint. |
15. |
Surface
Preparation and Coating |
After
manufactuing sub-assembly,they are Tig welded
with bare panel so as to make a complete Roll
Bond Evaporator panel with Assembly. |
16. |
Leak Test after Powder Coating |
This
panel is leak tested before Surface preparation
and Powder coating at 125 psi. |
17. |
Final
Inspection |
The
panels then undergo surface preparation and
powder coating operation. |
18. |
Dry Nitrogen Flushing |
Powder
coated panels are again leak tested and sent
for final inspection and subsequently for packing.Panels
are packed in special corrugated paper boxes
and despatched to customer with the elute to
ensure a proper cusion for tubes. |
